During the Samsung Developer Conference 2022, Samsung officially introduced One UI 5.0, which is predicated on the Android 13 OS. The South Korean tech giant has confirmed that the S22 series are going to be treated with the new OS upgrade this month (October).
So far, the corporate has rolled out four beta editions of the One UI 5.0 for the Galaxy S22 lineup in some markets. While it's unclear whether the fourth beta update will be the final one, it's certain that the S22 users will get the stable update by the end of this month.

It goes without saying that the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra are going to be the first Samsung phones to get the One UI 5.0-based Android 13 OS upgrade. the discharge timeline may vary according to the region.

Some of the new features that will arrive on the One UI 5 include the Bixby Text Call, which may answer phone calls by typing a message. Bixby are successful to be able to convert text to audio and share it to the caller. it'll also show what the caller is saying by changing their voice to text.
Routines can trigger a sequence of actions supported the activities of the user. Modes can make customized settings for sleeping, relaxing, exercising, and driving. The One UI 5.0 offers deeper addition of Android 13’s Material You design. a number of its other features include Stacked widgets, extracting text from images, a replacement Connected devices menu with options like Quick Share, Smart View, and Samsung DeX, a security and privacy dashboard, a replacement Dynamic lockscreen, multi-user support, and more.
By the top of the month, Samsung will release the complete OneUI 5 rollout roadmap.
